I earned B.Sc. (Geology) in 1996 and earned postgraduate diploma in Computer Science (D.C.Sc.) in 1999. Then, I entered to IT service provider company as a programmer at the beginning, then the company promoted me as a system manager to lead a GIS section within a year of my service. I developed Land Information System as a pilot project for a township using ArcView GIS and crystal report by interfacing with avenue script. In 2002, the project successfully delivered to the city government. After my first project, I realized I need to learned more on the RS/GIS field of study. I resigned from the job for further education and studied master of sciences at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand. In the end of 2003, I earned a master degree from AIT. Once I return back to home country, I worked for Agricultural Engineering company and INGO. I have managerial experiences in horticulture cultivation (potato) in the field of agriculture, and INGO experiences in social science too. I have experiences on educational sectors, private sectors and I could work with many peoples.

I led to host Asian Conference on Remote Sensing (ACRS2014) in Myanmar. Over 200 research papers are presented in the Conference. It is my remarkable achievement to present my ability to manage regional scientific conference successfully.

As a volunteer, I registers as a member of Myanmar Computer Professional Association (MCPA) since 1999 and I served as treasurer for MCPA (Yangon Region) from 2018-2022.
