Donations may be provided to:<\/p><ul><li>Individuals or families in genuine need<\/li><li>Registered non-profit organizations with similar missions<\/li><li>Community groups working on aligned projects<\/li><li>Educational or health institutions advancing science, technology, health, or serving underserved populations<\/li><li>Disaster relief efforts and emergency response initiatives<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0be8946 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0be8946\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"90a4162\" class=\"e-62556dd-87b86a3 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"90a4162\">4. Dissenting members may request their disagreement be recorded in the minutes.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e996dfb e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e996dfb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"1bed712\" class=\"e-1bed712-d4ce385 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"1bed712\">4.3 Conflict of Interest<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2bfdbb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e2bfdbb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Donations shall not be approved to board members, their immediate families, or organizations where they have leadership roles or financial interests.<\/li><li>Individuals with potential conflicts of interest must disclose the conflict, recuse themselves from discussion and voting, and leave during deliberation.<\/li><li>Violations may result in disciplinary action and reversal of approval.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a8cc0a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"5a8cc0a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"a4ecd98\" class=\"e-a4ecd98-c90c413 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"a4ecd98\">5. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29c9e63 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29c9e63\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif !important; font-size: 20px !important;\">All donations must be properly documented with:<\/p><ul><li>Written approval from the appropriate authority<\/li><li>Beneficiary acknowledgment receipt and IRS Determination Letter for U.S. organizations<\/li><li>Records of the donation (financial or in-kind)<\/li><li>Proof of use or utilization report<\/li><li>Impact report or follow-up assessment (where applicable)<br \/><br \/>Recipients are required to provide acknowledgment of receipt and, when possible, proof of how the donation was used. PROHIBITED DONATIONS<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-827c5e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"827c5e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif !important; font-size: 20px !important;\">MASTAA will NOT provide donations:<\/p><ul><li>To political parties or campaigns<\/li><li>For religious proselytization purposes<\/li><li>To individuals with conflicts of interest (board members or their relatives)<\/li><li>To organizations engaged in illegal activities<\/li><li>That contradict our mission or values<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18697c2 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"18697c2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"047de1a\" class=\"e-047de1a-9748720 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"047de1a\">7. Recipients are required to:<\/p><ul><li>Acknowledge receipt of donations in writing<\/li><li>Provide proof of use through receipts, photographs, beneficiary testimonials, or progress reports<\/li><li>Submit utilization reports as specified in the approval conditions<\/li><li>Allow site visits or verification when requested<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif !important; font-size: 20px !important;\">MASTAA reserves the right to discontinue support if:<\/p><ul><li>Recipients fail to provide required documentation<\/li><li>Funds are misused or used for unauthorized purposes<\/li><li>Recipients do not cooperate with monitoring requirements<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1ffc19 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d1ffc19\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 data-interaction-id=\"afb7075\" class=\"e-afb7075-5269456 e-heading-base\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"afb7075\">8.
